注意事項

一、本活動由未來大人物及關鍵評論網媒體集團主辦（以下稱本集團），參與未來大人物2024年度徵選計畫（以下稱本活動）的參選者，視為已閱讀並瞭解本活動之規則、注意事項、關鍵評論網媒體集團網站條款、隱私權條款等，並同意遵行之，絕無異議。

二、參與本活動的參選者，應同意參與本集團安排之媒體宣傳規劃，如媒體專訪、廣編報導、關鍵評論網媒體集團旗下媒體品牌之網站、粉絲專頁、社群平台、電子報等平台宣傳，形式包含但不限於錄音、錄影、攝影、文字紀錄等。不參與前述規劃之參選者視為同意放棄參與本活動。

三、參與本活動的參選者，視為同意將提供之申請文件（包含但不限於報名表、個人資料、企劃書及相關證明文件等）、個人肖像及相關著作或產出以無償及非專屬方式永久授權本集團於本活動範圍內使用（包含但不限於本活動之行銷、宣傳或延伸活動規畫執行等），且同意本集團得不限時、地、次數、方式等作為本活動之行銷宣傳使用。

四、所有申請文件不論得選與否，恕不返還。參與者提供所有個人資訊應與報名網站中所填寫之個人資訊相同。如有不同，本集團將以資格不符退件，不予送交審查。

五、如有任何因電腦、網路、電話、技術或不可歸責於本集團之事由，而使參選者所登錄或傳輸之資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或損毀之情況，致使參選者無法參加本活動，本集團將不負任何責任，參選者亦不得因此提出任何異議。

六、參選者提供之申請文件，其著作權仍歸屬於參選者所有，不因參與本活動而生權利移轉之效果，惟其他因本活動而產生之所有著作（包含但不限於文件、廣編文章、採訪或活動記錄、相片、影片、錄音等），其著作財產權及著作人格權均歸本集團享有。

七、參加本活動所提供之個人資料，視為參加者同意按個人資料保護法授權並同意可做為本集團、協力廠商等提供本活動之範圍內使用（包含但不限於聯絡用途等）。參選者得隨時依個人資料保護法之規定要求本集團刪除個人資料，無法提供資料或嗣後要求刪除的參加者視為同意放棄參與本活動，惟如本活動已發表評選結果，參與者同意已公開之資料無須下架。

八、參與者保證其所提供之申請文件或本活動期間內之行為不會侵害第三人之著作權和其他所有權利，不會違反任何法令，且同意遵守以上注意事項。如有違反而至本集團受有損害，應負損害賠償責任。

九、本集團保有修改、暫停或取消本活動內容之權利，如有未盡事宜，悉依本集團相關規定或解釋辦理，並得隨時補充公告之。

Important Notes

1. This program is organized by *Becoming Aces* and *The News Lens Media Group* (hereinafter referred to as "the Group"). By participating in the 2025 becomingaces Selection Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"), all candidates are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the rules, notices, terms of use, and privacy policy of The News Lens Media Group without objection.

2. Candidates agree to participate in media promotion arrangements coordinated by the Group. These may include but are not limited to media interviews, sponsored content, and promotion across the websites, fan pages, social media platforms, and newsletters of The News Lens Media Group and its media brands. Promotional formats may include recordings, videos, photographs, and written features. Candidates who decline such arrangements will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility to participate in the Program.

3. By participating in the Program, candidates agree to grant the Group a permanent, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use their submitted application materials (including but not limited to application forms, personal information, proposals, and supporting documents), personal images, and any related works or outputs within the scope of the Program. This includes use for marketing, publicity, and follow-up activities related to the Program in any form, at any time, location, or frequency.

4. All submitted materials will not be returned regardless of selection outcome. The personal information provided must be consistent with the information entered in the application system. In case of discrepancies, the application will be deemed invalid and will not be reviewed.

5. The Group will not be held responsible for any delays, losses, errors, unrecognized, or damaged submissions due to computer, internet, telephone, technical issues, or any other reasons not attributable to the Group. Candidates may not raise objections or claims in such cases.

6. Copyright of the submitted application materials remains with the candidate and is not transferred by participation in the Program. However, all content produced as part of the Program (including but not limited to documents, sponsored articles, interviews, event records, photos, videos, and audio recordings) will have its intellectual property and moral rights owned by the Group.

7. All personal data provided during the application process is deemed to be authorized for use by the Group and its partners within the scope of the Program, including but not limited to contact purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Candidates may request data deletion at any time under the Act. Those unable or unwilling to provide data, or those who later request data deletion, will be considered to have withdrawn from the Program. However, if the selection results have already been published, candidates agree that any publicly shared information will not be removed.

8. Candidates guarantee that all submitted materials and their conduct during the Program do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or other rights, and do not violate any laws. Candidates also agree to comply with all terms stated herein. Any violation that causes damages to the Group will be subject to liability for compensation.

9. The Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program. Any unforeseen matters will be handled according to the Group’s relevant rules or interpretations, and may be supplemented with additional announcements at any time.
