「未來大人物」是關鍵評論網媒體集團尋找Change Makers的品牌計畫，我們相信社會上有許多優秀的年輕人，即使缺乏資源，仍堅定地努力耕耘。他們也許並不符合傳統上對「成功者」的定義，但卻紮實地做出美好的改變。

2014年啟動至今，我們從台灣各個角落找到了超過150組35歲以下的年輕人。並持續透過徵選及報導，挖掘並點亮這群展現突破傳統框架的創造力、讓改變發生的行動力、啟發他人勇於實踐、擁有影響力的年輕力量。

“Becoming Aces” is a platform officially launched by The News Lens Media Group in 2015. We seek out young talents under the age of 35 who are changing the society in their own specialized areas. Through the power of the media, we present their stories and help amplify their dreams and ideas. Our core value lies in "returning the definition of success to each individual."

「未來大人物」不是典型的成功故事，是面對這個不完美的世界、捲起袖子去讓改變發生的進行式，透過報導和發表活動，將這些年輕人對信念的堅持、對永續的追求，以及對夢想實踐的專注與熱情更多人看見、引發年輕世代對於社會議題的關懷與行動，這就是未來大人物不斷鼓勵與傳揚的「把成功的定義還給每一個人」精神。

"Becoming Aces" is not about conventional success stories. It’s about young people rolling up their sleeves and creating change in an imperfect world. Through storytelling and public showcases, we highlight their commitment to their beliefs, pursuit of sustainability, and passion for making their dreams a reality. By making these stories visible, we hope to inspire greater awareness and action among the younger generation on social issues. This is the spirit that"Becoming Aces"continues to champion: to return the definition of success to each and every individual.

當選未來大人物之後：

1.    參與未來大人物發表會。

2.    獲頒未來大人物年度代表物。

3.    關鍵評論網媒體集團、未來大人物網站將展開個別系列報導及社群策展。

4.    未來大人物電子報、社群資源整合。

活動規劃中，如確定舉辦，當選者有權優先參與：

• 於2024年度間，擔任未來大人物網站新聞客座編輯。

• 參與未來大人物限定各屆同學交流會。

• 不定期公開講座、合作邀約與異業合作。

以上當選後之活動相關權利義務，由主辦單位與當選者另行以書面協議之。 

Upon being selected as a becomingacesthe following rewards will be provided:

1. Participate in the Future Leaders Presentation.

2. Receive the Future Leaders Annual Representative Item.

3. TNL Mediagene and the Becoming Aces website will feature individual series reports and community curation.

4. Integration of resources through the Becoming Aces newsletter and social media channels.

For activities still being planned, if confirmed, selected individuals will have the right to participate preferentially in the following:

• Serve as a guest editor for the Becoming Aces website's news section during 2026.

• Participate in exclusive alumni gatherings for Becoming Aces.

• Invitations for occasional public lectures, collaboration opportunities, and cross-industry partnerships.

All rights and obligations related to these post-selection activities will be formalized through a written agreement between the organizer and the selected individual.

主辦單位將於報名結束後，一定期間內公告，以參與者時填寫的Email做最主要的聯繫，請參賽者們要正確填寫Email。

The organizer will announce the winners within a certain period after the registration deadline, primarily using the email provided by the participants during registration for communication. Participants are advised to ensure their email is filled in correctly.

「未來大人物」的評審共將分為三個階段：資格審、複審以及決審。評審除了針對「未來大人物」進行審核外，也將對決審入圍者進行面試。決審面試時間暫定為10月初，現場提出簡介進行評分及討論，簡介（10分鐘）及評審問答（5分鐘），評審團於面試結束後決議。

The "Becoming Aces" selection process will be divided into three stages: eligibility review, secondary review, and final review. In addition to reviewing the applications for "Becoming Aces,"  the panel will also conduct interviews with the finalists during the final review. The final review interviews are tentatively scheduled for early September, where participants will present a brief introduction followed by scoring and discussion. 

The presentation (10 minutes) and Q&A (5 minutes) will be followed by a decision from the panel after the interview.
